How
long will my barrel seal last? |
Our tests indicate the barrel seal will last over 10,000 rounds.
Over time you may notice a notch in the barrel seal caused by
friction from breaking the barrel. This notch will not affect
the muzzle velocity.

How
do I unload my Multishot? |
To unload your Multishot, make sure you remove the pellet in the
breech and all pellets from the magazine. Manually move the
steel bar up and down, and with a pin or cleaning rod, push each
pellet out to ensure that magazine is completely empty. You may
also refer to the manual.

the barrel of the Multishot have to be cocked in order to load and
unload the clip? |
No. Only break the barrel of the Multilshot 30 degrees to remove
or insert the clip.

What
could be wrong if I have chronographed the speed of my rifle and
it is not at the velocity it should be? |
Different conditions will affect the chronographed speed of an
air rifle. The weight and shape of the pellet should be taken
into consideration. A lighter pellet will increase the velocity.
The above sea level altitude and temperature will also make a
difference. Having all this in mind, it's normal for
consideration a variation of 5-10% depending on all conditions).

Gamo rifles have recoil? |
Yes. All GAMO rifles have recoil. The recoil depends on the
spring force.

Can
my GAMO rifle's rear sight be adjusted for windage and elevation? |
Your GAMO air rifle has a rear sight, which is adjustable for
windage and elevation. The sights are open sights. The rear
sight is a notch and the front sight is a post. To adjust for
windage, see diagram in your manual. If the shot is deflected to
the left of the target, turn the screw clockwise. If the shot is
deflected to the right of the target, turn the screw counter
clockwise. To adjust for elevation, if the shot is too low, turn
the screw, counter clockwise.

is the difference between a millimetric and a micrometric rear
sight adjustment? |
The micrometric adjustment has a finer adjustment per click.

does it mean that my rifle has 4 interchangeable position sights? |
On some rifle models, the sight has a part with 4
interchangeable positions and you can choose the most convenient
for you. To change the position, refer to your manual.

Yes. The Hunter 1250 rifle has a pin for a front sight measuring
1mm high.

make sighting quicker and accurate in any light condition.

which rifles can you upgrade the front and rear sights to fiber
optic sights? |
A rear sight can always be upgraded by buying a new one with
fiber optics. The rifles you may upgrade the front sights to
fiber optic sights are the following: Hunter 220, Hunter 440
& the Realtree Hunter.

How
do I replace the Delta rear sight? |
First, make sure your rifle is not cocked or loaded and that the
safety is on. Press button on left side of sight, and while
holding in, move the sight forward and off. Slide the new one in
the same position pressing the button on the side.

How
do I replace a rear sight? |
First, make sure your rifle is not cocked or loaded and that the
safety is on. Press down on sight, with one hand and unscrew the
round cap with the other hand, counter clockwise until cap comes
off and put aside. Unscrew the screw at the front of sight. Lift
sigh off the barrel.

Are
there any rifles that cannot be upgraded to fiber optic front
sight? |
Yes. There are rifles that cannot be upgraded to fiber optic
front sight. They can only be upgraded with a fiber optics rear
sight, and they are the following: the Delta, Young Hunter,
Sporter and the Multishot. However, we currently offer these
models with fiber optics.

How
do I replace a fiber optic front sight insert? |
First, make sure your rifle is not cocked or loaded and that the
safety is on. Gently slide the fiber optic insert out, sideways.
Insert the new one in the same position.

do I replace a front sight? |
First, make sure your rifle is not cocked or loaded and that the
safety is on. Hold the barrel of the rifle and grab the front
sight with a vise. Gently, pull and twist the front sight until
it comes off. Align the new front sight assembly with the rear
sight making sure that it is totally in a vertical position. You
can view the front sight by looking through the rear sight to
ensure the correct viewing position is in place. Use a hammer to
gently tap into place and verify correct alignment. Once this is
correct, use the hammer to secure the front sight in place.

Yes. It is recommended to clean and lubricate the external metal
parts to avoid corrosion.

Apply a small amount to the barrel pivot, the two cocking lever
pivots and the trigger pivot. Also, use an anti corrosion
lubricant on the external parts. Always refer to your manual or
our website. NEVER PUT ANY OIL INSIDE THE BARREL OR THE CHAMBER.
THE RESULTING COMBUSTION COULD CAUSE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO YOUR
RIFLE & COULD BE DANGEROUS.

I have to pass a cleaning rod through the bore of my rifle before
using it? |
Yes. It is recommended that you pass a cleaning rod through the
bore to make sure it is free of obstructions before loading or
firing your air gun.

No. Never put any oil inside the barrel or the chamber. The
resulting combustion could be dangerous and cause irreparable
damage to your rifle.

No. You cannot adjust the trigger pull on the rifles. However,
you may adjust for second stage trigger length.

rifle, please see Diagram C-4 in your manual and continue as
follows: for a reduction in trigger length: rotate the screw

prevents the trigger from accidentally firing the rifle should
